Return Policy Any item purchased from Billiardbob.com may be returned within 30 days of receipt. Prior authorization is required before return of item. Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges. Items must be insured for the full purchase price. For a full refund: Items must be in new unused condition and un-installed condition i.e. (cues un-chalked). Items must be returned in the original shipping container. Refunds for items shipped in non-original packaging will be reduced by the cost of new manufacturer packaging. Damaged items. All items are shipped insured and products damaged in shipment will repaired or replaced at no charge. The customer is responsible to note any external damages to the product packaging on the shipping documents at the time of delivery. Customer should carefully unpack the shipment immediately and inspect for hidden damage.
